What is the state of BPM today?

What is the state of BPM today? (Check all that apply)

Process change is a hot topic. Management is concerned about it.
BPM as a process improvement practice is alive and well. Management may not be excited, but process and IT people are actively working to evolve better business processes.
BPMS tools haven't provided much value and aren't being used much.
BPM is evolving slow and steady. We are doing it and learning.
BPM is at a low ebb. It was stimulated by BPM Software in 2003, but that interest has died down. It's waiting for some new thing to stimulate new interest.
BPM is transitioning. It will probably reemerge soon under a new label, like Case Management or Cognitive Computing
Business processes at our organization are in good shape. We aren't spending much time worrying about how to improve them.
