Grzegorz B. Gruchman is currently the Managing Director of IDS Scheer Saudi Arabia, focused on developing BPM software product and consulting business in Saudi Arabia. In 1996, Grzegorz B. Gruchman started his career in the IT consulting industry. At Ernst & Young Poland, he conducted assignments in the areas of business process reengineering, IT strategies and management of IT projects. As a Senior Project Manager, he took part in several SAP projects at Hewlett-Packard Poland. As a Director of Business Process Department at DGA, a leading Polish consultancy, he was responsible for development, product sales and project delivery in the Business Process Management field. He subsequently joined the subsidiary of IDS Scheer AG in Poland in 2001. Till end of 2006, Grzegorz B. Gruchman was a Vice-president and Member of the Board of IDS Scheer Poland. His responsibilities included development, marketing and sales support of new products, services and solutions. Grzegorz B. Gruchman was a member of the team that developed an innovative ARIS Value Engineering (AVE) methodology for process-oriented SAP software implementation projects. He was also responsible for joint education and training projects of SAP Poland and IDS Scheer Poland at the SAP Business Academy. Grzegorz B. Gruchman has participated in many national and international conferences, dealing with the subject of strategic and operational management, as well as business process approach and ERP software implementations. He has written numerous articles and papers on those topics. Grzegorz B. Gruchman cooperates with several universities and research institutes. Grzegorz B. Gruchman graduated from Academy of Economics in Poznan, where he received also his Ph.D. degree in Organization and Management Science.
