The Process Management Gap
Geoffrey Moore described a technology innovation lifecycle and noted that there was a gap – or chasm – between early adopters and the early majority. We suggest there is something similar that occurs in the Process Maturity Model – the gap between Level 2 and 3 that organizations fall into if they can`t get the support of senior management for organization-wide process work.
