Some will advocate the use of expensive new technologies. A recent study suggests that most companies would be wise to approach the problem as a process redesign problem.

Paul Harmon

Paul is a widely respected keynote speaker and has developed and delivered workshops and seminars on a wide variety of topics to conferences and major corporations through out the world.
