Recently, Intel Corporation undertook the development and implementation of a new strategic planning process across the enterprise. In this Article, Craig Haydamack, Director of Strategy and Benchmarking at Intel, recounts the process and the lessons learned.

Craig is the Director of Intel Information Technology's Strategy & Benchmarking team, and is responsible for driving the organization's strategic planning cycle. Craig has been a member of Intel's IT organization for ten years and has lead multiple IT functions including business operations, planning, decision support, asset management, human factors engineering, end user training and the internal supply chain functions. He was also the former Chief Business Architect, leading the business process engineering & improvement initiatives. Prior to Intel, Craig worked in finance and strategic planning in the banking industry. He has a BA and MA in Economics from the University of California, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
