Steve Stanton is an independent speaker, author, and consultant is one of the pioneers of process-centered innovation. He has participated in the creation of many of the most valuable and revolutionary business ideas of the past twenty years including: radical process improvement, process management, process-centered governance, and collaborative processes. Over the past 20 years, Mr., Stanton has delivered hundreds of successful presentations to a wide variety of audiences ranging from small Executive teams to very large groups at industry conferences. His topics have ranged from process improvement to strategic planning and cultural transformation. Regardless of audience or topic, Mr. Stanton's presentations are always characterized by interaction, insight, humor, energy and pragmatism. A prolific author, his writings include the best-selling "The Reengineering Revolution" published by HarperBusiness, and "How Process Organizations Really Work" Harvard Business Review. Both were co-authored with Dr. Michael Hammer. Often quoted by the major business press such as Fortune and The Wall Street Journal, Mr. Stanton's penetrating insights into complex business operations reflect a deep understanding of contemporary business issues. Complimenting his external speaking, Mr. Stanton has fueled his talks with consulting and research. His deep insights into real business issues and solutions is a direct result of years of consulting to CEOs and other business leaders. Prior to founding Stanton & Associates, Steve was an SVP of The Concours Group from 2000 to 2004.
