Changes to the BPTrends Monthly Update
This month, you will note some changes to the content and the publication formats on the BPTrends website. We are in the process of updating the look and feel of BPTrends as well as adding some new features and deleting others. The November Update reflects the addition of Executive Editor, Paul Harmon`s, new Column titled Harmon on BPMand deletion of his Monthly e-Mail Advisors. We have also changed the headers and formats for all current and new publications. Additional changes are coming and we will announce them as they are added to the site. All of these changes are designed to improve both the content and accessibility of the content for our valued members and readers.

Noteworthy in November
Business Process Modeling has received substantial coverage on BPTrends, and this month is no exception. Both Keith Harrison-Broninski and Paul Harmon present their perspectives on the subject, and Jan vom Broke urges readers to pay more attention to the role of enterprise content. Roger Burlton and Peter Matthijssen detail their perspective on the Second Wave of Lean that should provoke some interesting discussions on our Linked-in site.

Last Chance to Attend BBC 2013
Just a reminder to all that the Building Business Capability Conference is coming up next week (November 11 -15) in Las Vegas. There is still time to register, and we hope to see all of you there. Please stop by the booth and say hello.
