Model Interchange in BPMN

BPMN is an OMG standard that is used currently supported by most process modeling software. Version 1 of the software was not quite rigorous enough to generate code and to be passed from tool to tool, but the new Version
is.  A group within the OMG has been working to refine techniques from moving BPMN applications between tools.  They have done demos in the past and have just announced a new one.  If you are using BPMN and your company is using multiple software tools, you owe it to yourself to watch this demo.  Here is the OMG's announcement:

The Object Management Group® (OMG®) is pleased to announce that its Business Process Model and Notation Model Interchange Working Group (BPMN MIWG) will demonstrate the smooth interchange of models between tools that implement the BPMN™ standard.

Three live demonstrations will take place at OMG's quarterly Technical Meeting in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday, June 17th. The vendors who will participate are: BOC Group, camunda, itp-Commerce, Omny link, SAP, Signavio, Sparx Systems, Trisotech, W4 Software and Yaoqiang.

The live demonstrations will be broadcast via Google Hangouts and will be available on-demand on YouTube starting at 4:00 PM CEST (GMT+2) on Wednesday, June 17th at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLg1_QLHzGY,

Visitors who want to attend the demonstrations, which are open to the public, should register here.
