• We didn't choose it, management did. And they chose it because technology required that we redesign the process.
• We didn't choose it, management did. And they chose it because there were growing complaints about the existing process and it needed to improved.
• We chose it after surveying several processes in need of improvement, and we chose it because our calculations suggest improving this process will give the organization the biggest bottom-line improve
• We chose it for political reasons. Management and others wanted this process improved, now.
• We are working on a new process. We are creating a new process that the organization needs going forward.
