Dear BPTrends Member:
March came roaring into the USA's East Coast like the proverbial lion, and so far, is not showing signs of turning into a gentle lamb. Regardless of the weather, however, we have an excellent array of Columns and Articles to present to you this month. Keith Harrison-Broninski offers advice on how to contend with too many cooks creating processes, and Ron Ross writes what it means to pursue true business agility. As always, we urge you to send us your suggestions on how to improve the Update and propose articles you think would interest and engage the BPM audience.
I also want to remind you once again that we published 2018 BPTrends Report, The State of Business Process Management–2018 and the response to date has been very positive. The Report is based on information collected in the 4th quarter of 2017, and it compares and contrasts information presented in the six previous BPTrends Survey Reports.
