Andrew Spanyi cites a 2008 McKinsey survey of executives in which only about a third said that their organizations succeeded in implementing major change. Andrew Spanyi is the Managing Director of Spanyi International Inc., a consulting and training company working at the intersection of customer experience, process innovation and digital technologies.
