Jeremy Ross, Trang Jerkic, Tony Penfold, and Hanadi Alwthinani, continue their presentation of the results of their research project to understand how the strategic frameworks suggested in BPM literature apply in real world organizations. In Part 1, they discussed their methodology and their primary conclusion: a strategic management framework using BPM is key to achieving business goals. In Part 2, they present a generic framework that can be adopted for the effective implementation of a process centric approach.
