Cheryl WalkerCheryl Walker is a Senior Consultant with CGI. With over 10 years of experience in process design, analysis, improvement and articulation, Cheryl has worked in the area of business architecture and enterprise architecture development and articulation, process improvement, measurement and automation since 2005. Cheryl is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Practitioner, and a Software AG Certified Professional. She is currently pursuing her MBA.

Cheryl is experienced in translating complex system requirements, IT functions and program objectives into people-friendly processes. Passionate about the integration of people, process and technology, she has assisted multiple clients in Banking, Information Technology, Justice and Education sectors to create efficient and effective processes which meet their organizational objectives and fundamentally transform corporate performance. Working with legislative, product build, product enhancement and time to market based projects, she emphasizes the ability of BPM and process improvement tools to increase organizational agility, regulatory compliance and ability to deliver a solid value proposition to meet the needs of organization.

Cheryl has presented at conferences such as BA World and conducted webinars for industry leading Vendors like Software AG. She has published BPM whitepapers for a variety of organizations, including Bizagi, Sierra Systems and in BP Trends. In her personal time Cheryl is a runner, currently training for a half marathon. She is an aunt to 9 and an avid reader.
