Carla Howard

Carla HowardCarla Howard is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Arizona Public Service Company. She is an internal consultant in the Center for Process Excellence with a focus on the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to daily operations. Carla's passion for continuous improvement methodologies has been successfully directed at the enrollment of customers and management in sponsoring projects and educating APS employees on the value of Lean Six Sigma in ways that create process ownership and demonstrate value.

Carla's experience in the grass roots efforts to bring Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into APS resulted in a speaking engagement at the 2010 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma conference. Carla is a member of ASQ (American Society for Quality) and The Greater Phoenix BPM (Business Process Management) Consortium.
