BPM and Innovation – Part 2: How to achieve innovation balance

In Part I of this two-part series, Martin Andestad and Hans-Christian Grung-Olsen presented the primary result of their research on BPM and Innovation—that BPM promotes incremental innovation emphasizing short-term gains at the possible expense of solving long-term problems involving radical innovation.
