In January, we published an Article by Henk de Man detailing Cordys` response to the Object Management Group`s RFI on “dynamic Business Activity modeling.” In that Article, de Man offered his analysis of a number of approaches which aim to support case management – among them, an approach advocated by Keith Harrison-Broninski in his widely read book, Human Interaction Management.
