Given the number of well-publicized failed Enterprise Resource Planning system implementations, most will agree that there is a strong case for the need to improve process implementation. In this, the first of three Articles, Rick Burris and Robert Howard introduce an emerging process improvement technology called Business Process Transformation Framework (BPTF).
