BPM in Europe: BPM-Forum Polska
There are a number of process analysis models that are designed to focus on more complex human interactions. One example is the RAD approach of Oulds and Harrison-Broninski and another is the Closed-Loop Business Interaction Model of Winograd and Flores. Both are useful in special circumstances, but neither replaces a basic workflow diagram.

Frits Bussemaker

Frits Bussemaker started his career in IT industry in 1988. He has worked for various organizations like Logica, Cambridge Technology Partners and Staffware/Tibco software. He is the founder and chairman of the Dutch BPM-Forum (www.bpm-forum.org), a non-profit neutral expert platform for BPM. He is also the president of the ProcessCommunity (www.processcommunity.org) an international network of board members of local BPM communities. He sits on the board of advice of a number academic, non-profit and commercial organizations. He is a frequent (international) speaker on BPM and community building and regularly contributes to books and magazines like the Dutch BPMagazine and BPtrends.com.
