Matthew Morgan

Matthew Morgan built and oversees the Process Excellence program at Bridgewater Associates, an investment management company, and previously led global Business Improvement at engineering firm Parsons Brinckerhoff as well as serving as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a Lean Six Sigma professional and operations leader at Starwood Hotels.
